Rhino Sports Academy Forest School Camp Brings Outdoor Adventure to Courteenhall Estate

07 April 2026

Rhino Sports Academy has successfully concluded an inspiring Forest School Camp at the stunning Courteenhall Estate, delivered in conjunction with HAF (Holiday Activities and Food Programme), providing local children with an unforgettable outdoor learning experience during the school holidays.

Set within the beautiful natural surroundings of Courteenhall Estate, the camp combined adventure, creativity, physical activity and wellbeing, giving children the opportunity to reconnect with nature while building confidence, friendships and new skills.

Throughout the week, children immersed themselves in a wide range of engaging activities including woodland exploration, den building, outdoor play, creative crafts and active games — all designed to encourage curiosity, teamwork and resilience in a safe and nurturing environment.

The programme was further enhanced through collaborations with Buds Play and The Little Yoga Company, whose contributions brought additional creativity, mindfulness and movement to the experience.

A spokesperson for Rhino Sports Academy said:

“We are incredibly proud of what the children experienced and achieved during the Forest School Camp. Seeing them explore, create, stay active and make lasting memories in such a special setting was fantastic. Working alongside Courteenhall Estate, HAF, Buds Play and The Little Yoga Company made this a truly collaborative and memorable event.”

Johnny Wake of Courteenhall Estate added:

“At Courteenhall, we are passionate about creating opportunities that connect children with the outdoors, encourage active lifestyles and support wellbeing in a meaningful way. Seeing the energy, confidence and enjoyment throughout the Forest School Camp has been fantastic. Rhino Sports Academy, together with HAF and its partners, delivered an exceptional experience that brought learning, nature and community together brilliantly. We are delighted to have hosted such a positive initiative on the Estate and look forward to supporting future programmes.”

The partnership reflects a shared commitment between Rhino Sports Academy, Courteenhall Estate and HAF to support children’s wellbeing, outdoor education and access to enriching holiday activities within the local community.

Courteenhall Estate provided the ideal backdrop for the camp, with its rich natural landscape perfectly suited to hands-on outdoor learning and adventure.

Following the success of the event, organisers are already looking ahead to future camps and expanding opportunities for children to enjoy meaningful outdoor experiences.
