We're a finalist in the 2025 Nature-Friendly Farm of the year award

04 November 2025

Great to be part of something new for the British countryside at last night’s Schöffel Countryside Awards, in partnership with The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust - It also marked the launch of a national platform celebrating the UK’s working conservationists: the farmers, foresters and estate teams making food production and nature recovery work side by side. We were delighted that Courteenhall was nominated as a finalist in the Nature-Friendly Farm/Estate of the Year category, recognition that belongs to the whole team.

The Awards aim to shine a light on the people “going above and beyond for wildlife and the natural environment.” With judges including Charles Ireland, Jake Fiennes, and the GWCT’s Dr Alastair Leake, they highlight just how mainstream “working conservation” has become.

Thank you to Schöffel Country, GWCT, and our hosts Messrs Drummond for an excellent evening — and to the entire Courteenhall team, whose hard work made this shortlisting possible.
