Sausage making day

We held our sausage making day last weekend – and it was a great success,

Our Berkshire pigs are raised on the Estate where they are free to forage in the woods.

Lots of people from the Courteenhall team turned up to help make over 3,000 sausages from five of our pigs.

They came out in the cold and worked hard together for nearly five hours to make a wonderful supply of sausages.

 



We believe in sustainable farming, great home grown food and the strategy of Farm to Fork, which emphasises a more direct connection between the production of food on farms and its consumption on our plates.
