Later this month, our Managing Partner Johnny Wake will be talking about how to scale regenerative agriculture for the future at an Ethical Butcher event at Fortnum & Mason's Food & Drink Studio in London.
Johnny will be joining fellow panelists who include The Ethical Butcher's founder and CEO Farshad Kazemian, Thomasina Miers, founder and CEO of Wahaca and Duncan Rawson, Partner at European Food and Farming Partnerships.
Hosting the panel will be Sasha Notley, Director of Sustainability at Fortnum's. The talk will centre around regenerative farming and the challenges and benefits of scaling regenerative practices.
