Introduction

Courteenhall is a traditional rural Estate situated just south of Northampton in the English Midlands. It has been home to the Wake Family for many generations.

The principal house, Courteenhall, was built in the late 18th Century and sits in a fine parkland setting designed by Humphry Repton. The small village of Courteenhall lies nearby and remains largely owned by the Estate.

The main activities are Farming and Property management. A large number of residential and commercial properties which would have traditionally been used by the Estate are now available for others to use. In recent times the Park has made a wonderful setting for the occasional wedding and further approaches to share this special venue will be considered.
